Raphaelle Stremsdoerfer

Raphaelle Stremsdoerfer is a senior AML/ CFT policy expert at the European Banking Authority. She has led and contributed to various projects enhancing supervisory convergence and raising awareness of AML/CFT issues by financial institutions across the EU. She has led in particular the setting up of the first EU's AML/CFT database, EuReCA. She is currently coordinating part of the EBA's response to the Call for Advice of the European Commission on some AMLA's mandates.

Before joining the EBA in 2019, she has worked for the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority as well as in the private sector in the field of AML/CFT and consumer protection.
